About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be managing the activities for several of their agency’s key accounts. You will be working with the Account Director for a select group of clients and will co-ordinate the resources needed to deliver projects on time and on budget

You will be expected to deliver across a wide range of channels including on and offline media, design, packaging and exhibitions.

Typical activities include:

* Supporting the Account Directors including day-to-day business, new project briefs and meetings. You will be the ‘go to person’ for the Account Director.

* Delivery of projects, ensuring completion to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

* The day-to-day management of each job within designated accounts including raising estimates for work, and liaising with suppliers and relevant team members

* Maximising revenues and profitability within designated accounts

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

* At least three years business-to-business agency experience at Account Manager/Project Manager level

* The ability to plan and deliver effectively

* Experience of delivering multi-channel communications

* Ability to work under pressure and work on several projects at the same time

* A persuasive and confident approach to handling projects

* Be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Effective supplier management capabilities

* A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints

Desired skills:

* At least two years’ experience of working within a medical communications agency environment

* Experience in professional client relationship management

* Full awareness of creative processes and techniques

* Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry structure, roles, and processes

* Working knowledge of the ABPI code of conduct

* Experience with pharma approval software systems
