Leading company based in Birmingham are searching for a Project Change Manager on a permanent basis paying up to £55,000.


- Drive and lead project planning activities, across a diverse business landscape covering technology, finance, property management teams and outsourced functions.
- Identifying the impact of changes and inter-dependencies on existing systems, processes, future developments, and other projects within the wider organisation.
- Effectively track and manage project progress against project plans, manage issues, risks, change and costs for all allocated projects and regularly report to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Manage the department change outlook to ensure that projects are appropriately prioritised and phased, act as the guardian of the change timetable.
- Other ad hoc change management duties as will be assigned from time to time.
- Manage individual project responsibilities on a day to day basis including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timescales and to stakeholder quality expectations.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and actively share information and knowledge across the organisation whilst continually challenging the status quo.
- The ability to define and scope allocated projects, managing them in a controlled manner for the project objectives are met
according to agreed time, budget, and quality criteria.
- The ability to present balanced and reasoned business cases when recommending a decision or course of action and influences others through negotiation to gain support and agreement

Experience & Competencies:

- Project Management experience from concept to implementation.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels.
- Demonstrable experience of the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities across different projects being run in parallel.
- Able to take ownership and responsibility for own work.
- IT proficient in MS Office.
- Flexible approach to work pressures.
- Accuracy, analysis & problem solving.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
- The confidence to challenge the status quo and be extremely resilient
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels
