This Account Manager role will see you have full autonomy, overseeing your assigned accounts and growing your client base by establishing new accounts. You will be integral in building long lasting relationships, making crucial connections and working with your clients to best understand their requirements.

Siamo, are working hand in hand with a global technology distribution company, who are leading the way in their industry, working with the biggest household names, operating within 70 + countries, connecting the world’s leading IT suppliers with key contacts with the aim of delivering value to their clients.

With a starting salary of £21,000 your first year OTE’s will be £30,000 with a £9,000 minimum bonus achieved through KPI related performance.

As an Account Manager, you will receive full training on all products and gain a skillset to see you progress within the company, with huge internal development opportunity to see your career develop.

Your responsibilities as an Account Manager:

Identify and establish new customer accounts

Maintain and grow business with existing accounts

Support external sales in managing account administration

Generate, provide and follow up customer quotes for solutions

Consult with customers in selling and supporting Westcon products and services

Identify cross selling opportunities

Administrative/Self Development

Participate in monthly sales meetings

Attend relevant product training

Ensure forecasts are submitted in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain and develop knowledge of Westcon and vendor product portfolio

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

B2B Customer Services (2 years +)

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Computer literate with MS Office and MS Outlook experience

Sales experience gained within a similar role
