The position will require an individual with Property Management or Lettings experience, however, our clients will also consider an individual with a strong customer service background.
The role of a Lettings Administrator will involve:
Dealing with Property Management issues
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
Working with local contractors to ensure work is carried out
Our clients are seeking a strong individual who has the following: who is highly organised, with a good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
