Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + commission

Assuming no previous recruitment experience, we anticipate first year on target earnings of £30k+ in first year and £40k+ in second year.

Location: Fair Oak, Eastleigh

Hours: Permanent position (Monday - Friday) - Core hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm but we offer flexible working hours based from our Grade A offices in Fair Oak, Eastleigh.

Appoint Healthcare are actively recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to assist our experienced team with proactively generating applicants for our clients roles. We are currently experiencing a explosion of client demand and are in a position to offer the successful applicant access to multiple HOT client accounts. These include some clients which are exclusive to Appoint Healthcare, meaning you are not competing against other agencies. This is a target-based role and significant financial rewards are directly linked to efforts and successes.

The main function of this role is two fold:

- The first is to proactively search for and contact prospective people for our client vacancies via phone, email and SMS/Whats App etc. and then convert them into applicants for our clients vacancies. We use multiple sources to search for these people including social media, online job boards and databases and especially our own database of potential people which has been built up over the last 11+ years and is now very strong.

- The second function of this role is to manage, maintain and develop our client relationships, both with existing clients in the short term, and hopefully moving onto developing new client relationships as well, once you are fully established in the role.

For this specific role, the successful applicant will be recruiting for qualified nurses, and other specialist medical and healthcare professionals such as imaging and radiography professionals.

This role is suitable for anyone with high levels of determination and ambition to be successful and earn well. In addition to these essential attitudes, you will need a good level of written and oral communication skills, be comfortable making large numbers of calls to prospective applicants and clients and be comfortable using Windows based computers and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel particularly.
