Role: Account Manager

Salary: Up to £35k basic with 25% annual OT bonus & £450 car allowance

Location: Sheffield (1 day per week office based with the rest home based & visiting clients)

Responsibilities:

* Proactively establish, maintain, and grow profitable customer relationships in line with overall sales and business strategy

* Work to continuously add value to the prototyping and lower-volume production needs of the customer

* Work with project managers on technical realization of part production by assisting with customer needs specifications

* To develop solutions for new customers, using your strong problem-solving skills to identify needs and formulate technical solutions with our commercial service teams

* To improve sales growth for existing clients.

Requirements:

* You will ideally have a minimum 5 years of experience in account management

* You are educated to an A Level or higher, or equivalent

* You are knowledgeable in advanced sales techniques and account management

* You will have a background and/or knowledge in additive manufacturing, industrial goods or metal production is preferable but not a necessity

* You are a strong negotiator with a consultative sales approach

* You are able to communicate with people of varying skill levels and backgrounds and are an active listener

* You are comfortable giving presentations

* You are professional and self-motivated

* You are analytically minded with a high attention to detail

* You are willing to exceed our customers’ expectations

* You are a team player

* You have strong people management skills and sales coaching abilities

* You have strong networking skills
