Benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:

Basic salary of £20,000 + earn up to 25% Monthly Bonus
A 35-hour work week with shift patterns running Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm and rotational Saturday shifts from 9:00am-12:30pm

Private health care optionsResponsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Delivering the best possible service on home and motor product range
Ensuring that customers' service expectations are not only met but exceeded
Being able to go at the customers' pace to make them feel comfortable, whether you're discussing a policy renewal, answering general queries or looking at additional insurance options
Proactively identifying opportunities to generate insurance leads and handle customer retention calls
Ensuring customer need are exceeded
Delivering an excellent service on home and motor products
Ensuring appropriate knowledge of product is gained in order to achieve target
Listening to the customers needs to offer the correct product, ensuring to engage with the customer by building rapport and using effective questioning techniques
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and work with high levels of professionalism
Up-selling and maximising opportunities where possible
Successfully achieving set KPI's and targetsKey skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

Passionate to deliver the best customer experience
Ability to spot sales opportunities and retain existing customers
While building relationships with customers and colleagues is a big part of your role, it's important that you are focused and self-motivated to deal with various aspects of problem solving and working within a regulated environment
Ideally you will have previous customer service and soft sales experience with the ability to work toward targets or key performance indicators
Please note that candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C, or equivalent including Maths and English#REDUK
