Software Trainer (Field Based)

What will a typical day look like?

Implementing, planning and delivering first class training to customers in the trades industries (electrical, plumbing, fire and security, HVAC)
Engaging with customers to understand their processes and identify different learning styles
Planning tailored training that will suit the differing needs of customers
Integrating software with the customers existing systems
Who are they looking for?

Excellent training delivery skills, with the ability to adapt methods to suit differing needs
Substantial experience in implementing software systems
Someone who is mature and professional, and able to work in a consultative way
An understanding of business processes and workflows
The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes
Confidence to adapt and learn new programmes and systems
Strong verbal, written communication and organisational skills
Working knowledge of accounting packages (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
Knowledge/experience working in the trades industries
