Position Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

Duration: Permanent

Location: Cheshire / Greater Manchester

Salary: Circa £24/£25k pa + Benefits

Roc Technologies are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst with at least 3 years commercial experience to join a small team providing mainly 1st Line and some 2nd Line support. This is a demanding but rewarding role within a large enterprise company with fantastic opportunities for progression and a great benefits package.

Knowledge and skills:

* Software Support – Laptop, Desktop, Tablet and mobile devices

* Hardware Support – Software configuration and OS upgrades

* Active Directory

* Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365

* Driving licence

Key role attributes:

* Strong customer focus

* 3 years experience in an IT service desk environment

* Working knowledge of ITIL framework and guidelines is desirable but not essential

* Occasional travel will be potentially to undertake upgrades to hardware on remote sites. A driving licence is required but a car and expenses will be supplied when required.
