We are looking for an Account Manager to join our amazing team within a fast-growing company that sells enterprise software support to some of the world’s largest Oracle and SAP installed-base customers.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Retaining existing enterprise and mid-tier customers, and developing and closing your own sales pipeline within these accounts
* Working with key C-level stakeholders at some of the world’s most prestigious companies
* Consulting with an existing customer base,to ensure that they have the best renewal options on their support and maintenance contract
* Upselling of additional third-party support services
Your time will be split between our Berkshire head office (Thatcham) and working from home and/or being on the road engaging with customers across the UK, UAE, and Europe. Imagine the places you could see!
What you will need to succeed in this role:
* High-energy, self-starter with strong account management and field sales skills within a B2B environment
* Experience of contract renewals within key accounts as well as the ability to efficiently upsell
* Strong relationship management skills
* Strong negation skills
* A charismatic and diligent approach to sales presentations and forecasting
* Flexibility to visit customers in the UK, UAE, and Europe
* The hunger to be the best and the desire to grow a fruitful sales career
