Our Global client are urgently seeking a Change Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for Change Management and Asset & Configuration Management Globally. This includes the creation, implementation and communication of the Change & Asset Management policy and standards.

Developing and implementing Asset and Change Management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance/gaps along with periodically reviewing process maturity, gaps, business requirements and continuously improving and adapting the process to fit the IT strategy.

Key responsibilities for the Change Manager but not limited to:

* Schedule, chair and manage the weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board).

* To provide Change Process support to staff and coaching in fulfilling roles as Change Sponsors.

* Support project teams around integrating change and transition management activities into project plans.

* Support design, development, delivery and management of Change communications.

* Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation activities.

* Managing and influencing Major change alongside operational change from Projects to BAU.

* Facilitating Service Transition process of new or changed services into BAU.

* Facilitating Change via multiple 3rd party organisations and support teams.

* Identify Change Management Critical success factors and identify KPIs for reporting packs.

Education, Experience and Skills of the Change Manager:

* 3+ years of working within a multi-national organisation with relevant experience in Service Delivery & Operations.

* Management of internal resources and outsourced service providers.

* Analytical thinking skills with confidence to challenge change, adhere to process and continually improve, diving into the detail as necessary to understand issues (people, process or technology).

* ITIL (minimum Foundation)

* Prince 2 or equivalent
