Reporting to: Branch Manager
Business Development and Consultative Recruitment
* Working with the Branch Manager you will implement an achievable plan for your desk
* Have an understanding of the variety of support needed for SEND schools across the East Midlands
* Be compassionate towards the aims and achievements of the staff and schools you support- Creating Learning Capacity in the Classroom
* Ensure overall achievement to your monthly,annual and team targets
* Continually build your daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales
* Deliver an exceptional fulfilment rate for staff and client service levels
* Ensure support of existing clients with your collaborative approach- regular calls and service visits
* Be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining your client records on Access to support compliancy.
* Be responsible for ensuring that the full process of the contracts is actioned including management of timesheets for the client.
* Ensure all agreed rates with your client are correctly recorded and any other requests from clients are implemented.
* Maintain an awareness of competitors and their actions.
Staff Management
Continuously identify and anticipate the candidate requirements on your desk. Resourcing the relevant staff for your clients and forward planning ensuring that you have enough staff to support your schools.
* Achieve the company’s expectations of contact with your staff to support their needs
* Build your desk using a variety of skills, Operam Consultant training will be provided
* Identify current needs and anticipated needs
* Use advertising, social media and a variety of tools to support, build and develop your desk.
* Maintain and build our database.
* Be accountable to the candidate ‘Right to Work’ on Access
* Resolve complaints in line with the company expectations and deliver any feedback to both schools and candidates in a consultative way.
* Ensure the full recruitment and supply process are completed including staff payments.
Compliance, processes and systems
* Ensure you are fully compliant with Company policies and procedures
* Commit to Safer Recruitment Practices and ensure that the standards and processes related to Compliance+ are part of your daily practices
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of Legislation ensuring full compliance of Safeguarding, DBS and all relevant Legislation.
