Property Facilities and Lettings Admin... this position is ideal for an A' level or Graduate (or equivalent) candidate with 6-12 months similar experience in lettings admin or facilities admin who can potentially start in a couple of weeks.
* You'll be involved with a wide variety of administration to enable the onboarding of new tenants; managing the check-in process, organising inventory checks, arranging for any works before tenant occupation etc., welcome packs, keys.
* Similarly, when a tenant leaves you’ll be managing the check-out process to completion, arranging post check-out cleans, inventory checks, dealing with deposit return queries etc.
* You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all planned maintenance takes place including administration of gas safety checks, electrical tests, fire risk assessments.
You’ll need solid organisational skills including the ability to coordinate others, an excellent customer service approach, an eye for detail, a professional manner in chasing up missing information and all round high-level administrative skills.
Recent property related experience is highly preferable as is your experience of using Excel and working with data as there are various system uploads due to new facilities software
