Sales Executive - Medical Devices
Have you got strong Sales experience within the Medical Devices industry? Sold into NHS and private hospitals across the UK? If so, then we are looking for you!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run business who design, manufacture and sell a variety of respiratory and gas equipment into a range of Medical Services. You will manage all the UK accounts, support in bringing in new business and process orders.
Start: ASAP
Location: Office based, Outskirts of Colchester, Essex (With the need to travel across the UK as and when required)
Hourly Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 5:30 and Friday 8:30 - 1pm (2 members of staff will work the full day on a Friday and will then have the following Friday off, this is on a rota basis so everyone is involved)
Benefits: 20 days, which does increase to 22 days after 2 years of service and then to 24 after 4 years of service + bank holidays, Company Car, Phone and laptop
Duties:
- Managing all UK accounts, ensuring regular communication and service has been provided
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers and building a strong pipeline
- Actively targeting NHS and private hospitals and gaining key decision makers trust
- Attending client meetings and conducting virtual meetings to discuss products as well as renewal meetings
- Carrying out a presentation and demonstration on the products to all decision makers
- Re-building relationships with any lapsed clients
- Keeping all client records up to date
- Processing any orders and dealing with sales enquiries
- Working closely with the customer service team to ensure a smooth operation
Skills and Experience:
- Must have previous sales experience within the medical device industry
- Proactive Account Management
- Ability to achieve targets and KPIs
- Strong relationship building with clients and prospects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Able to work efficiently and effectively
- MUST have a UK driving license
