My client is an established Estate Agency that is looking to employ a full-time Lettings Administrator. This role is to be based at their Covid secure office in Low Fell, Gateshead.

Role responsibilities:

* Registering enquiries from prospective landlords. Discussing their properties and advising on marketing activity

* Registering enquiries from prospective tenants. Discussing available properties for rent and ensuring that tenants match the required criteria

* Answering incoming calls and directing where appropriate within the business

* Diary management, booking viewings in for Lettings Negotiators

* Assisting generally with administration in the office as required

Essential requirements:

* Experience within the property industry would be beneficial

* Strong administrative skills are essential

* Background in telephone-based customer service

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills

* The ability to work under pressure

* Good organisational skills

* IT skills

What’s on offer:

* Competitive base salary from £18,500 to £19,500 depending on experience

* Bonus scheme available

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with a Saturday shift 9am to 2pm on rotation
