THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are delighted to be working with an award winning leader within the steel and fabrication industry in Sheffield.

Joining a successful HR Team, the Recruitment Specialist will play an essential role within the business to support the growth of the business.

Responsible for the recruitment of a variety of roles from Warehouse Operative to Director level, we are looking for someone who has experience within all areas - ideally with some international recruitment experience.

THE JOB:

Work with Managers and liaise with recruitment agencies, agreeing rates, briefing roles, sifting CVs, providing feedback and managing the interviewing and appointment process
Create and manage online recruitment advertising campaigns including responsibility for LinkedIn and job boards
Ensure that the employee brand is promoted and collateral is within brand guidelines
Build a portfolio of future talent
Agree with managers a relevant recruitment process and undertake initial interviews and vetting where agreed
If required support managers in interviews and provide feedback
Liaise with agencies/successful candidates to agree remuneration packages
Produce offer letters and undertake pre-employment checks
Ensure each candidate receives a great on-boarding experience
Use the online ATS system to maintain records
Work with the wider HR team to build upon the employer brand, identifying trends in the current market that Evolution could explore that would appeal to perspective candidates
Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy, using knowledge of the business and the external market to help drive the recruitment needs of the business.
Actively contribute to wider HR activities and projects

THE PERSON:

Experience of recruitment for professional positions up to and including director level with a particular focus on sales, marketing, e-commerce / digital and technical engineering;
International recruitment experience is an advantage
Experience of using online HR MIS systems and Microsoft Office
IT & social media savvy including LinkedIn Recruiter and the use of job boards
Strong outgoing personality to liaise with agencies and challenge managers
A self-starter who can take the initiative whilst remaining well organised
