Marshall Wolfe is proud to be supporting a leading company within the claims and insurance industry in the search for a highly motivated IT Support Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation, and a new IT team, who are changing the way the tech side of this business runs! We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a strong interest in technology who can work equally well on their own or as part of a team. You will be responsible for working alongside the team and take part in acts such as the development of the business cyber security strategy. You will also have the ability to learn with new technologies
You will be responsible for ensuring that IT Support requests are correctly logged & prioritized utilizing our Service Desk solution. You will also be responsible for frontline 1st & 2nd line support to the Ormskirk HQ other depots. The ability to work with & support all levels of staff within the organization is a requirement for this role. You will be working collaboratively with the support team to investigate and resolve incidents, plus supporting the team on various IT projects. Travel will be required on occasion to all business locations.
* Windows 10 administration & support experience
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP management
* Awareness or knowledge of defined frameworks and standards e.g., ITIL, Cyber Essentials, ISO
* Overseen Ring Central VOIP system and ongoing development
* Familiar with MDM solutions
As travel is required for this role a pre planned travel in a company provided pool vehicle can be provided
