Sales Account Manager

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Account Manager based in London. The successful candidate will earn from £30,000 based on experience plus commission.

The Sales Account manager is responsible for performing a number of project management and administrative duties and new sales leads. The Sales Account Manager will be reporting to the Director of Brand Development.

The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, professional and capable of prioritizing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation will have an opportunity to make salary+ Commission.

Role Requirements

3+ years in Account Management/Business Development/Sales.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and QuickBooks.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities

Making sure that all projects are streamlined and communicated correctly.
Initiating and responding to client emails and interfacing with existing clients, as well as building a client base.
Generating new sales leads and appointment setting.
Using effective questioning techniques to establish the customers’ needs and sell/upsell based on their requirements.
To maintain close relationships with clients once they come on board via the sales process.
To ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none.
To upsell products after the initial sale.
To ensure repeat business.
Maintain a customer database which is both accurate and up to date.
Working to targets, to ensure revenue is maximised with each account.
