Elite Recruitment is proud to be working with this dynamic and expanding Scientific Group with offices in the USA, UK and Europe. Basic salary circa 29K plus pension, 20 days holiday, flexi working with part office and from home.

We have a position for a DATA MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR who will work closely with the IT, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams and will be modifying, refining and uploading data to the webstore and the ERP system and will support all aspects of the webstore and the global HubSport CRM team with data tasks.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of duties that will include:

Curating, refining, managing and uploading data to the webstore and ERP.
Working closely and providing support to the development team.
Regularly quality checking the webstore.
Working with other internal support functions to improve HubSpot data management and analyses.
Generate and refine HubSpot reports and data sets.
Assist with onboarding new Scientific business units on to HubSpot
Participate in internal meetings and training sessions.

Assist the Sales, Marketing, ERP and Applications team with data management efforts- data scrubbing, help with CRM maintenance, create product data reports, product data files etc.

To carry out this role you will have:

A degree or equivalent in a technical field
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
ERP or/and SAP, Great Plains experience are desirable but not essential

Previous experience of managing data
The ability to read analyse and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents
Write reports , business correspondence and procedure manuals
Present information and respond to questions from the management team, customers and the general public
Excellent command of maths in order to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume. Able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
A problem solver
The ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule format
