Key Account Executive

A fantastic opportunity for Enthusiastic Sales/ Customer service oriented person has arisen to join growing team within a successful company with a great ethics.

This role is responsible for the Sales Turnover and all customers/potential customers within the geographical area assigned to you.

Your day to day tasks:

* Act as the primary sales office contact.

* Manage all daily enquiries from assigned customers, specifying products & pricing, and assisting with any sales related tasks.

* Proactively work on all opportunities for new and existing customers within assigned area:-

* Identifying sales opportunities

* Building rapport with new and existing contacts within companies

* Identifying gaps in spend and taking this forward to plug the gaps

* Identifying additional products to be added to customers websites and work with relevant customers to get these added

* Pass all aftersales to Customer Success.

* Follow up pro-forma invoices on Sage on a regular basis.

* Daily check of incoming orders to update CRM system Sage vs Hubspot.

* Action all enquiry follow ups. Ensure diligent follow up of every lead and enquiry.

* Manage CRM system – work with Key Account Manager to enter call notes, rep meeting notes, record action points, etc.

* Ensure diligent follow up of all meeting notes to ensure completed within the deadlines agreed.

* Ensure all deals are accurate and up to date on Hubspot with correct close dates, and all won/lost deals updated.

* Building customer databases – e.g. contacts within companies on Hubspot.

* Organise for samples to be sent to customers when required.

* Send out proactive selling emails to customers and deal with subsequent enquiries.

* Be the rep follow up manager.

* Proactively work with sales rep to ensure we are growing Key Accounts.

The hours will be 08.00 – 17.00, but can vary, Monday to Friday with a 45 minute break
