A global company in Dublin is now looking for a contract HR Coordinator.

Primary Objectives of the Role:
  • Responsible for staffing and rotation of all Ireland employees
  • Demand process support at SME level
  • Logging demand on internal tooling, reviewing and selecting potential candidates,
  • Liaising with Talent Community Leads, resources and where appropriate Career Managers about potential roles.
  • Effective management of the Bench
  • Effective demand and utilisation recording at a Talent Community Level
  • Effective sales & pipeline Management using PowerBI reporting
  • Forecast & reporting accuracy
  • Drive month end administration
  • Risk analysis in the Irish portfolio - project and skills
  • Analysis and communication of Best/Likely/Worst scenario to sector stakeholders in the Scheduling and Sales Operations aligned areas.
  • Bimonthly productivity gap analysis for leadership team
  • Partner with the Associate network team to successfully roll out and manage the Associate network in Ireland
  • Production and maintenance of key information for the Operations Director
  • Promote Best Practice across the Irish business

Additional activities
  • Organise and welcome all new joiners and onboarding activities
  • Support people leads to make appropriate CA choices
  • Support the Regional Capability Lead to determine actions to hire staff
  • Support Ireland lead with regular MI as required, might include Powerpoint and excel documents
  • Work directly with and support the Regional Capability Lead raising risk areas in Ireland
  • Take minutes at LT meetings
  • Meet with Talent Acquisition to review hiring pipeline and ensure TA are set for success
  • Drive updates to skill profiles & resumes/CVs
