IT 3rd Level Supporter

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT 3rd Level Supporter. This role is permanent position based in Zurich Canton.
- Support the coordination & resolution of 3rd level customer support cases.
- Carry out 3rd level Case Management: track, coordinate & solve all 3rd level support cases (HW, SW & FW) for partners & end customers.
- Partake in customer relationship management in social networks: track problems & answer questions from users on social networks.
- Create & update technical documentation for the various products & features.
- Track corrective & preventive actions after a 3rd level support case: track tickets that are processed in the development team to ensure the delivery of the solution to relevant customers.
Your Experience & Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Support, including experience in 3rd level support.
- Skilled & experienced in Linux Operating Systems.
- Completed training as a Computer Scientist, Electrical Engineer or similar.
- Fluent German & English language skills (spoken & written) are mandatory.
