Annual Salary

Communications and Change manager with over 5 years of experience including complex transformation projects in multinational corporate environment
Excellent knowledge of communication tools
Excellent communication skills
Verbal and Written in English (French is a plus)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
Result-oriented mind-set with global vision, strategic thinking High energy, drive and enthusiasm

We need you to support the IT & Digital business of a large international corporation through a significant transformation to support their Digital Strategy. The transformation project will completely change the operating model, roles, ways of working, and will require retraining of personnel and the attraction of new talent.

You will coordinate and drive:
Change, change support, coordination of new skills building, alignment
Communication both in IT & Digital and with internal stakeholders
Define and implement the communication plan of ATOM project worldwide
Adapt and implement the IT & Digital internal and external communication plan
Hands-on and create documents, mails, web-pages that support communication plan
Align & coordinate with the Group communication and change management functions
Ensure adherence and follow-up of allocated budget
