Admin Specialist-Chinese speaking
We are currently looking for an admin specialist. You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely with other functional areas and stakeholders within Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG. The admin specialist reports directly to the Head of Administration Department. You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description. The position is based in Zurich.
* Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc
* Mobility service management: properly manage the current mobility service which also includes mobility allowance calculation and processing in the system, and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
* Service apartment supplier management
* Coordinate with other team members on business related projects
* Secretary role and responsibility of internal committee (OEC): meeting minutes and meeting planning, etc
o 3+ years' experience as an administrator or admin assistant
o Degree in business administrator or related subject
o Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
o Service oriented, and confident personality
o Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
o Candidate must demonstrate good communication skill
o Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
o High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
o Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
o Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, fluent German is an advantage
