Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst - Cork, Ireland

Exciting new role for a Scheduling Analyst to join a fast moving and high profile team.

The Job:

  • Allocation of headcount across business, channels and functions while managing these relationships alongside the Operations Team Management

  • Setting up, managing, and maintaining schedules for internal teams

  • Building and run scheduling scenarios and changes to SLA's

  • Preparing performance reporting and delivering WBR/MBR and QBR's

Have You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a contact centre operations support

  • Aspect eWFM is essential

  • Experience with ACD reporting and administration

  • Applicants must be based in Ireland with full right to work on application
