One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Project Manager.

The role is based in Brussels (South East), occasional remote working may also be allowed.

Job summary:

Reporting to the TA&L Head of Operations, the TA&L Strategic Partnerships Lead role will be a global role responsible for the successful implementation and operationalization of our learning operations processes and model, currently outsourced in partnership with NIIT as vendor.

The primary purpose of the role is to review and revise the current operating model from various perspectives - including ROI/value, technology, resource and ways of working, process simplification & automation, customer experience and a quality and efficiency perspective - resulting in a model where the added value, seamless processes and user experience are clear and delivered.

The review will drive transformation projects & streams that will require the lead role to program and project manage - (plan, analyze, gather requirements, design, implement, test, deploy) - drive forward and implement change as well as steer supporting project managers in the delivery of the project plans and results.

Solid stakeholder management, governance, communication & engagement and relationship building with NIIT as well as our key internal stakeholders and learning vendors will be key for the success of the role.

Reporting and use of data to drive insights and decision making, show progress and engage with our stakeholders are also an important part of the role.

Experience

  • + 10 years of experience in Program & Project management - driving forward multiple streams of transformation, managing and coordinating interdependencies
  • Experience in technology platform comparisons, and planning and executing transitions from one platform to another without service disruption
  • Experience in process review and transformation with an automation mindset and user experience view
  • Change and Communication experience driving stakeholder management and adoption for change
  • Customer service solution-oriented mindset that is able to proactively anticipate needs of others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to Strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and a recognized commitment to quality.
  • Ability to develop trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate achievements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional time management skills, able to manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize, take decisions, escalate and drive solutions forward
  • Be data driven and analytical
