Hydradyne is among the largest hydraulic and pneumatic repair, service and distribution companies in the United States. We are currently looking for energetic individuals who want to get their career started in sales.
This is an entry-level, non-commission position that will support multiple locations throughout the Southeastern portion of the United Sates. This is a fast paced, high phone and email volume position that will work with customers and our branches to assist them with item number, price, availability, order entry and shipment information. We promote from within our organization, so as the CSR progresses, opportunity to work into other roles with the organization are available. This is position will be in our in person Corporate call center and will train with team members across the company.

  • The customer Service Representative I - is an entry level support position that will have a primary focus on customer service. They will support sales and service to original equipment manufactures (OEMs), industrial companies, heavy equipment customers, ect, where fluid power is utilized.. Experience dealing with automation products and mechanically and detail oriented is a plus.
  • CSR will process orders from a common email mailbox, over the phone and assist with price, delivery and quoting of products to the customer.
  • Works from worksheets, inventory lists, part number files and related information in order to assist customers. Gather information as to costs, discounts, and stock availability.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Operating a person computer using Microsoft Office and other applications. Strong Excel and organizational skills is key.
  • Desire to learn and apply that learning quickly
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Ability to listen to what other people are saying & take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate.

  • Be able to shift rapidly between different clients and task in appropriate timeframes
  • Be flexible, highly dependable and detail oriented
  • Work well independently
  • Be a self-starter
This is a full-time position and hours of operation may vary depending on need.
