ERP/Finance Change Manager (Remote/Outside IR35)

Our client are embarking on an ERP implementation programme, urgently seeking an ERP/Finance Change Manager to influence and help deliver their ERP Implementation programme.

As the ERP/Finance Change Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Create initial business engagement plan
  • Develop slide pack/video etc with key messages for the business, tailored to each stakeholder group
  • Attend workshops to understand existing challenges
  • Leverage knowledge from workshops to create next level detail of business benefits/messages that new system will bring/challenges it will overcome
  • Creative thoughts on branding the project
  • Develop project comms plan so that key stakeholders are kept update through duration of project eg big business-wide event, quarterly updates, how to target users (video/newsletter etc), head office business briefing etc
  • Document the key changes to each business process/WOW - change impacts
  • Leverage change impacts to develop training materials, future org design/op model/WOW
  • Update comms messages to start to share change impacts with the business/engage with senior stakeholders to agree new WOW
  • Develop training materials

Required knowledge, skills & experience of an ERP/Finance Change Manager:

  • Proven track record as a Change Manager positively influencing end-to-end and complex ERP/Finance implementations
  • Experience of working with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations module, or, working on a Finance transformation project implementing an alternative ERP
  • Good understanding of finance processes to be able to engage with finance and operations resource to understand key impacts new system will have on their ways of working
  • Comfortable working in fast moving, fluid environment
  • Able to manage/work with senior stakeholders
