Customer Service Representative - Home Working

£9.41 per hour, weekly pay

Full time: 36.25 hours per week between 0630am - 2200pm
The rota will include 1 in 3 late shifts and 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

A bit about this customer service representative job:

* We want our customers to know just how valued they are. Being the first point of contact for many customers means that your manner will consistently be friendly, personable and understanding

* Often calls can be challenging and customers may be impatient but you will always work to a defined call quality standard, maintaining professionalism and clarity

* You will represent the company as a brand ambassador, taking ownership of customer queries and efficiently solving complaints or problems

What you'll need as a Customer Service Representative:

* Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job, that works for us too!

* You must be process driven, and be able to multitask efficiently

* What's important is that you have customer service super powers; being able to talk to customers, take ownership of situations and get a kick out of delivering an exceptional service.

* The ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment

* Excellent IT skills as you will be using over 16 systems
