Here at Compass Point Recruitment, we are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or an Experienced Sales professional wanting to get into our industry. You will be sitting on a warm Accountancy desk, delivering 360 recruitment and will be greeted with a reputable and highly respected brand, an established candidate pool and a wealth of existing clients! Whilst you do not need to have experience recruiting within Accountancy, an interest in this area or a desire to learn a new industry is essential!

•Salary range - £23,000 - £33,000. We can consider a more junior recruiter looking for progression or someone with a considerable amount of experience that can bring legacy to the business!
•Uncapped commission with achievable quarterly and annual bonus opportunities as well as non-sales related incentives
