Payroll Administrator

£18,420 to £19,821 pro rata per annum

The College have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at either our Filton or Stroud campuses, with flexibility to Work-from-Home.

Contract Type: Permanent and Part-Time

Hours: 32 hours per week

The College have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at either our Filton or Stroud campuses, with flexibility to Work-from-Home. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

Review and processing of payroll changes input by the wider HT Team, including starters, leavers, maternity and paternity 
Supporting with payroll queries from staff 
Supporting the Pay & Benefits Analyst 
To be aware of changes in payroll and pension legislation 
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications 

Experience in PAYE and other payroll processes to include RTI, salary sacrifice and statutory payments 
Knowledge of Public Sector Pension Schemes 
IT Literate and experience of computerised payroll systems
Closing Date: Sunday 10th October 2021

Expected Interview Date: Friday 15th October 2021

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate, Enhanced with Children’s Barred list check, as a requirement of the job.
