This is your chance to join an established tech start-up and lead its expansion in a new territory. As an early employee you will play a significant role in the development of the company and have the opportunity for rapid career progression and learning.
* Engaging with new and existing customers
* Owning team targets through leading retention, expansion & new business activities
* Customer Success
* Building and Maintaining relationships
* Own the relationship with strategic customers including school leaders and leadership teams of Multi-Academy trusts
* Upselling and cross selling within existing client base
* Generating New Business
* Working collaboratively with the resourcing, operations and technology teams to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools.
* Top performer who wants to lead a passionate and motivated team
* Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
* Team leader experience preferred
* Degree Educated or Graduate Level candidate
* Proven track record of success
* Tenacious, hungry and hard-working
* Are thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware
* Excellent communicator both written and verbally
