Service Desk Administrator SCA - Dublin, Ireland
A market leading company in Dublin is now looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Respond to SCA user and client queries via phone and email.
- Account for SCA issues and requests, give helpful friendly support and advice to resolve business application issues.
- Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate requests as required.
- Work closely with the IT department and external service providers as required.
- Strong Communication Skills - ensuring the business is kept up to speed with the service and resolution of all problems and incidents.
- Problem Solving Experience - ability to troubleshoot and use initiative to solve complex issues.
- Teamwork Skills - A strong team player is essential.
