Service Desk Administrator - Dublin, Ireland
A market leading company in Dublin is now looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Log and manage Incidents, Requests, Problems, and Changes.
- Account for issues and requests, provide helpful friendly support, and advice to resolve IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and give level 1 and 2 support for users.
- Develop and maintain the Service Support knowledgebase in addition to delivering outstanding customer service.
- 3+ year's relevant experience.
- Active Directory user and object administration and support.
- Strong background of desktop support including Windows 7 and Windows 10, Office 2016.
- Strong background in ITIL Framework including incident, change and problem management.
- Experience of working in a financial services environment would be beneficial.
