Salesforce Country Coordinator - Helvetica Partners are looking for a Salesforce Country Coordinator with at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner and specific knowledge of Salesforce modules (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud). The role is to be based in Geneva, but remote work can be possible to a large extend. English speaking role, but French is very important

Experience in managing a product backlog.
Experience in estimating the value of software features and in cost-benefit analysis
Proven experience of working in an agile environment, ideally Scrum.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of the software development life cycle.
An understanding of software development and design.
A strong analytical mind.

Contributes to the realization of projects
Proposes relevant solutions in the IT and organizational context
Know how to manage a schedule
Know how to manage a budget
Analyzes and communicates risks
Collect needs, model requirements
Organize and execute tests, support the start of production

Technical Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce modules (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
Understand the Landscape data model
Know an ETL and have already participated in a data migration project

University, EPF, HES, or equivalent
Successful and significant experience of at least 3 years as a project manager in the IT field, ideally within a large multidisciplinary company
Knowledge of development constraints.
In-depth knowledge of Agile best practices (eg: Scrum repository), from identifying needs to resolving incidents and problems
Ability to identify and propose concrete solutions
Fluent expression, orally and in writing, in English
Enthusiastic person, solution-oriented, with a strong ability to adapt and a great ability to think analytically and transversally
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer orientation, sense of communication and negotiation
Customer orientation, sense of responsibility, team spirit, solidarity, availability and flexibility
Agile project management experience
