Purchase To Pay Coordinator

The Purchase To Pay coordinator will support and accompany the procurement and technical teams in the ordering of services and materials as well as providing administrative support by maintaining procurement data throughout the procurement process to ensure that all relevant actors have the necessary information.
The Purchase To Pay coordinator will be responsible for drafting, editing, and submitting purchase orders to the suppliers. The Purchase To Pay coordinator will report to the Finance and supply chain Manager as well present analysis to key players in the company. The Purchase To Pay coordinator will communicate with suppliers regarding the PO status.

Main Responsibilities:


- Manage the E2E P2P process for one or several suppliers (from supplier creation, items creation, Purchase order till invoicing)
- Work closely with specific departments by placing orders, ensure that purchases are recorded at the time of request
- Create accurate and complete purchase orders and submit these orders to receive appropriate approvals
- Ensure that all required data are accurate according to supplier's contract-data
- Input purchase order data into internal company systems
- Perform purchase order good receipt/change/cancellation
- Track the life cycle of every purchase order
- Produce reports as per business and management requirements.
- Advise key players on purchase order choke points
- Investigating and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries
- Assist on special projects and perform other duties related to the supply chain process as assigned
- Maintain and support improvement of the 'Purchase to Pay' process, tools, policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Analysing and documenting the P2P system

Skills and Requirements:


- Bachelor or 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills experience within a Purchase to Pay role
- ERP experience is essential
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Knwoledge or experience in Power BI is an added value
