This role will be to sit within the payroll office function, where you will be part of a friendly payroll team.
Your role will be to
To ensure payroll is processed in an accurate and compliant manner.
To ensure the internal operations of the company account for employee remuneration laws and regulations within the policies and procedures.
To ensure internal and external reporting requirements are compliant and implemented.
To support all internal and external audits related to payroll
To review and improve payroll policies and procedures
The payroll administrator will also be accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic , and issuing pay and pay-related information to .
You will need to be conscientious, accurate with good keyboard and communication skills. Intermediate experience in word and excel preferable.
