Job Overview

Responsible for contributing to the success of the overall team process. The role is fast paced and requires high levels of attention to detail, concentration and productivity to enable a timely process for the recruitment consultant. Meeting deadlines and being able to take instruction is vital for the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Using Sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies

* Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy

* The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to build the department

* Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

* Helping with admin duties the department requires.

* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

* Developing a good understanding of the industry.

* Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates

* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

* Develop a strong understanding of our IT systems

* Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

Performance Goals

* To work as part of a team and understand the departments requirements

* To improve personal efficiencies to enable growth of the teams that may require minimal additional resources

* Be able to confidently provide support and additional resource to cover team members leave
