Reporting into Global IT Management, you will own and execute IT Vendor Management governance, processes and operations. You will be responsible for managing existing IT outsourcing contracts and act as the central point of contact for approved vendors.
Working as the Vendor Management Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the overall VMO framework, provide leadership and feedback into the IT organisation;
Building strategic relationships with key vendors;
Developing the vendor management strategy;
Optimising vendor management cost and as well as ensuring vendor performance against contractual and regulatory requirements;
Working alongside procurement teams during the RFP process;
Ensuring vendor quality.
As a leader in vendor and service management, you will implement vendor scorecards, ensure vendor service costs are established and maintained at a competitive level and any risks are mitigated.
You will have an excellent understanding of 3rd party delivery and commercial models with the ability to leverage external partners to deliver high-quality services, continuous improvement and up-to-date solutions.

Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU. The role will be based in Lausanne with remote work possible so candidates based in Zurich could also be considered.
