You will be working for a not for profit Housing Association based in London. They are on a mission to provide affordable housing to those who need it most, and with over 20,000 properties across London they are enormously successful.

They're looking to bring on a Service Desk Analyst- You will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support of Microsoft applications, including O365, Active Directory, Teams, as well as hardware support.
This role also includes a big programme of work around movers/leavers/joiners- You will be responsible for things like ensuring Starters have the right software/equipment, what needs to be decommissioned, what needs to be provisioned etc, so experience in this area is a must.
Experience providing support for Windows 10, MS Office, Teams, and Azure
Experience with Active Directory Administration
Experience with Access Management administration- Setting up new accounts for starters/movers/leavers.
Good administration skills- ensuring all documentation is correct for Starters/Movers/LeaversThis role is paying up to £28,000- and is based in Stratford. They also have an office in Sidcup you could work from if that is closer.
