We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to work with us on the design, implementation and maintenance of SQL server database technologies, ensuring the health and reliability of our services for millions of UK citizens.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be designing and integrating proven, established technologies into live services that are essential for millions of DWP users. You'll be working on ensuring the health and reliability of our servers, highlighting potential issues and creating innovative solutions.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

SQL Server Database Administration.
Data Platform - Design and Build.
Database HA - Knowledge of SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
Live Service Management - Understanding of the importance of running a business critical production environment.

The security clearance required for this role is SC, checks will be carried out prior to appointment.
