Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
Shifts: 4 days per week

Salary: From £21.50 upwards depending on experience

A great opportunity have arisen to join an independent pharmacy group of high-performing healthcare professionals in their Halifax branch. Whether you already have the necessary qualifications and experience, or you are a newly qualified Pharmacist, our client will provide you with excellent training covering everything you will need to know.

Essential Requirements
GPhC accredited and registered Pharmacist.
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
Completed Pre-Registration training.
Previous management experience is required.
Good communication skills as you must be able to listen carefully to what patients say, as well as be able to explain complex and sometimes sensitive information to the general public and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team wall as lead with others in a team.

Role Responsibilities
Our Pharmacist Manager will be responsible for managing the team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation, and codes of ethics.
Ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
Be able to drive performance in line with business objectives and will develop the team and service offering to meet and exceed expectations.
