We are a Boutique Recruitment Agency in the Retail, Fashion and Digital space with two offices in Manchester and London.

We currently have a small, agile and experienced team with no red tape or endless hoops to jump through! We encourage accountability, entrepreneurship and creative thinking.

Our recruitment business was founded over 30 years ago and we are market leaders in the retail sector with an impressive client list working with some of the most high profile brands. After a MBO in 2019, the Management team have navigated the business through the recent pandemic and are now ready to face the new norm which will bring further exciting change and challenge.

Therefore, as part of our Vision 35 Strategy, we urgently require a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join the business and improve our marketing presence and brand profile across the key channels

Job Purpose: -

To help develop the company brand profile, look and messaging as a leading Digital & Fashion Recruitment Business.

Marketing Assistant / Executive will look to increase the brand awareness through the creation of a detailed marketing strategy

Increase the volume of customers by marketing our services to prospective Clients and Candidates.

Duties include:

Marketing Calendar -

Creation of a marketing calendar including key Digital, E Commerce, Fashion/Retail/Recruitment dates – with campaign ideas for each event – blogs/social media posts.

Support to Consulting Team –

Developing and creating marketing material, presentations for the consulting team for key meeting and pitches.

Managing all aspects of job advertisements to ensure maximum exposure: researching new advertising opportunities and managing the LinkedIn Recruiter page.

Email signature/ Business cards templates/ EBrochures.

Design & Develop Digital Salary Survey

Events –

Identifying Industry (Recruitment & Digital/ Retail) events, meet ups, round tables and conferences for speaking opportunities, sponsorship, business opportunities and networking.

Creation of an event calendar.

Digital Marketing –

Managing our SEO / PPC activity and further improve campaigns by analysing performance using Google Analytics
Email Marketing campaigns, utilising marketing automation and creating HTML templates.

Social Media Management -

Managing various social channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Engagement on Twitter jobs feed. Experience with specific Hootsuite, Buffer and Hubspot preferred.
Instagram - SD/SA accounts - posting news articles, stories and social cards

Linkedin – Management of Success Appointments page e.g posting news articles and social cards

Linkedin - Management of Success Digital page e.g posting news articles and social cards

Twitter – SD/SA accounts - posting news articles and social cards (linkedin to website so all tweets are duplicated on our website)

Blog Schedule

Creating engaging content for the SA/SD blog with our key audiences in mind in order to craft the most relevant content.

Writing blog posts, articles and case studies.

Management of blog schedule – Blog post suggestions – Input for the team

Deciding when blogs need to be outsourced / commissioned.

Posting of blog posts

Sourcing relevant news articles – Success Appointments – Retail Week, Retail Gazette, Drapers, BOF, Fashion United, - News outlets – BBC, Telegraph, Guardian, The times to help Consultants write Blogs

Sourcing relevant news articles – Success Digital – e-Consultancy, The Drum, Linked- IN Learning, and other sources to help Consultants write up Blogs

Websites –

Reviewing, updating and managing website content and design, liaising with developer/ designer as well

Back office website management

Website maintenance – faults and issues

Functionality – adding/removing new consultants

Job posting

Updating & refreshing jobs with relevant content and information to keep our brand ATL in Recruitment Sector.

Ad hoc

Able to put together bespoke online and off line campaigns for key Recruitment projects or high revenue hires
