Salary Circa £25000 + pension + life insurance and employee benefits scheme+ fully expensed vehicle for work use

Surrey/Berkshire/Oxfordshire (Based from Home)

(Candidate will ideally be based between Reigate to Oxford area, covering the south of the UK)

ROLE SUMMARY:

Working closely with the technical and aftersales department of a major Bathroom manufacturer to carry out inspections of faulty products at retailers and distributors across the Southern half of the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Efficient management of personal work diary to maximise productivity
Arrange customer appointments to inspect products
Troubleshoot products with manufacturing faults via replacement or rectifying
Provide advice to customers on faults caused by faulty installation
Awareness of brand reputation of the client and the company in concluding issues
Visit distributors and retailers to inspect faulty products
Accurate completion of visit reports in line with deadlines
Accurate completion of timesheets on a weekly basis
GENERAL:

Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company’s Health and Safety Policies, procedures and risk assessments.
Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, in keeping with legal requirements.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the ongoing development of a quality culture.
Conduct from time to time, any other duties as may be required but within the scope of this job profile.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

Essential:

Full driving licence
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
Customer facing experience (minimum 2 years)
Desirable:

Bathroom industry specific experience
