IT Support Analyst

This involves liaising with 3rd party support companies for MS Dynamics Nav (Business Central)
Discussing and resolving issues with courier companies
Adhere and implement the IT security policy of Crocus at work.
Log, analyse, triage, and prioritise all IT Incidents, problems and changes received via all communication channels into the team
Ensure that the team processes and procedures are kept up to date, amending and creating documentation for storage and access.
Troubleshoot and manage the configuration of the existing technical capabilities to ensure that business requirements are met
Offer face-to-face and remote support and be the main port of call for all technical issues, for both internal and external users.
Managing 3rd party IT support companies is a key responsibility for this role. The 3rd party will provide both remote and onsite support and will act as an extension of the IT team
Responsible for timely maintenance of all IT equipment including laptops, PCs, printers and servers
Skills & Experience
You will have previous experience providing 1st line IT support
Basic understanding of the following: Microsoft Dynamics Nav (MS Business Central)
Understanding of the logical network infrastructure including software, protocols, LAN, WAN, SSL, Security, IP Routing and VPN.
You will be comfortable with assisting to troubleshoot and support all queries remotely.
Windows 10 & MAC OS admin experience
Knowledge of service desk / issue logging tools
Knowledge of latest MS Office suite and MS Windows server
Knowledge of web platforms / web applications and good experience and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
The ability to work in a team and communicate at all levels in the business is essential
