Part-Time/Temporary Administrative Assistant Utility Billing Division

The City of Maumee is accepting applications for part-time/temporary Utility Billing Administrative Assistant.

Purpose: Utility Billing Administrative Assistant will report to the Utility Billing Supervisor, assist the division with customer phone calls, utility billing accounts, prepare spreadsheets, respond to customer phone calls and emails.

Qualifications: Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent customer service skills, some accounting experience.

Experience: Minimum of one year working in an office setting.

Hours of Work/Pay: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (half hour unpaid lunch) $19.00 per hour
