Client Intake & Marketing Coordinator

Immediate opening for full-time Client Intake & Marketing Coordinator at a busy Edina estate planning law firm.
Ideal candidate will be comfortable handling incoming calls, greeting incoming clients, and will present a professional and courteous first impression to all callers and visitors.
The position demands a professional appearance. The person in this position greets all clients and other visitors who arrive for meetings. Excellent customer service skills are required. This position is a key element to our client relations as well as effectively assisting the attorneys and the rest of the team.
Ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a variety of tasks to meet deadlines, and enjoy working with people.
Typical duties include:
-Manage attorney and firm staff schedules.
-Assist with daily communication efforts with prospective and existing clients.
-Oversee and advance current intake processes for new firm clients using firm CRM, Clio.
-Prepare client intake forms, new client contracts, and invoices.
-Facilitate direct mail and marketing efforts for firm.
-Assist attorneys with events and business development initiatives.
-Manage the firm's social media presence and update information on firm website.
-Coordinate with marketing vendors (website management, graphic design, etc.).
-Prepare professional business communication documents.
-Prepare an annual marketing schedule.
-Track and report on marketing return on investment.
-Write press releases and other PR-related communications as directed.
Experience and Qualifications:
-College and/or relevant work and life experience.
-Event planning and/or marketing experience desired.
-Must be a self-starter/quick learner, comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to use MS Outlook, Word, Excel and general data entry skills.
-Excellent communication skills with attention to spelling and grammar; capable of reviewing and proofreading various documents.
-Punctuality and dependability are a must, professional appearance and positive energetic demeanor required as well.
-Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary.
-Ability to anticipate problems and act accordingly.
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
-Ability to take initiative with assertiveness and confidence.
