In this remote Administrative Assistant role, you would supporting a Seattle based non-profit organization specializing in providing child care services assistance to people experiencing homelessness. They are looking for a passionate administrative professional to step in and help with an eight to twelve week project setting up a new $7 million child care scholarship program!
This organization is committed to improving the lives of children and families affected by homelessness. They work to improve access to high quality early learning to families who may be experiencing hardship. Your strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to work independently will go a long way in setting you up for success in this Administrative Assistant role!
As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities could include:
Creating and sending payment authorization thru DocuSign
- Data Entry into MS Access
- Uploading and submitting finance requisition's into accounting software.
This is a full-time temporary opportunity that is expected to last eight to twelve weeks and offers a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule.
1+ years of data entry/admin experience.
- Proficiency working with MS Office, Excel, Access & DocuSign
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced high-volume work setting.
- Proven ability to work independently & meet deadlines
- Racial Equity Values statement prepared.
Location: Mostly remote. Office located near Mt Baker, Seattle.
