Cardinal Strategies is seeking an Executive Assistant to help with operational support tasks and handle duties for upper management. This position is based at our corporate office in Wylie, TX office. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Job Responsibilities Provide general support to clients, vendors, and staff as needed
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Maintaining vendor documentation such as W-9's, Certificates of Insurance, Proposals, and Purchase Orders.
Assist with daily operational tasks
Assist with printing reports on a timely basis
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Education and Experience: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least four years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
