Salary : £20,000 - £24,000
Are you someone who likes to provide customer service whether that’s over the phone, email or face to face? Whatever level of customer service you’re at or whether you’re looking to take your first steps in customer service this opportunity could be for you. Working Mon – Friday 08:00-17:00pm based in Cheltenham.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The first point of contact for clients requiring support in using our software.
Diagnosing issues and finding resolutions.
Efficient in handling every day support issues. This could be FAQs, common difficulties, system errors and time sensitive queries.
Experienced in a customer-facing environment.
Experienced and confident in using Software applications and a quick learner.
Enthusiastic with a great telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
Skills and Attributes:
Great diagnostics skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Confident in learning new skills.
Able to work in a team.
On site parking
